21 Acts of Goodness
The 21 Acts of Goodness for the 2020 Matric Class is a project to address the impact of COVID-19 on this year’s matriculants. It aims to help them with their needs at home, school and personally during the three-month period leading up to their exams: from July through October 2020. The focus on matriculants is because of the unprecedented impact on their final year— a milestone in their academic lives.
Engage the types of support that the Matric Class of 2020 needs nationwide, as identified at the project launch on 24 July 2020.
Support 21 organisations nationwide to champion the project, to help create a groundswell of civil society awareness, and provide services corresponding to the needs identified by matriculants during the period 30 July to 30 October 2020.
Encourage all South Africans—individuals, organisations, businesses— to get involved and commit to supporting a matriculant or matriculants. Tag us #21ActsofGoodness, and tell us.
